November 2025
Theme of the month: Transformation
When we hear the word “transformation,” most of us think of something big and dramatic – the all-or-nothing leap, the overnight change, the before-and-after moment. So you bought some crystals set a nice little space up, smudged and did the first one. It felt great. Then Monday hits like a train and now obvs we’ve blinked so it’s Friday. Shitttt!
People always say “It’s easy to say I’m too busy”, but the reality is we are all far too busy.
Doing the job of often several people at work, running a household or fending for yourself (both hard as fuck) when the chips are down it’s often making sure everyone else is okay comes first at home and work, while you catch up later.
The thing with that is, in your head you’ve started to beat yourself up, you’ve not fit in a meditation, missed a few days of journaling. This is, BTW, the exact way you are NOT meant to be feeling. It’s a deeply supportive tool, don’t use it to beat yourself with. Ever.
None of your journal pages are dated. There is a reason. I always hated it when, at times, I came away from my journaling, to return and see those empty pages or the thought of I’ll have to get another one now… There are no dates, no flappy pages. It’s always easy to come back to yourself with love and compassion. If you haven’t done something, it’s because you couldn’t, or else really, you would have. Wouldn’t you.
I always say you know that person you are when you are supporting a friend or family member? Give yourself that support, slow down enough so that when your body says it needs something, you hear, you act and respond. Maybe this week you did the best you could with what you have and this weekend rather than going down in flames, it will be rest, connection, outdoors and hydration. Heading home to a bath filled with oils and herbs and this month’s healing soundscape. Making sure to infuse a big bottle of water in the fridge with chopped fruits to keep you sipping, to stretch and gently move.
Get Curious.
Rather than berate yourself, what might work better? Committed too much too soon? Maybe add your Botanical sound seed in and make that the first love note you keep. Once you’ve got into the groove, add Botanical breath and heading outside to ground, until it’s not a thought, your body guides you through the start of your day. It’s stepping back when times are hard and tough, enough to give yourself a break, to reevaluate where you are, what YOU need, which in turn helps you begin again in a more empowered way.
Have you not meditated because you felt too busy? This feeling is created in our brain when we adopt new routines. Your brain wants to keep you safe and by doing that it will encourage you to repeat old habits rather than adopt the new. It’s times like this we can take control and use our mantra (on week 4 of your journal) Remember the years of conditioning we have all experienced – we are of most value when we are busy – rip it up, burn it, scream fuck right off into the wind. You are your best version of you when you are rested, grounded and at peace. They are your most basic needs. Being still won’t feel good when we are used to rushing around, calming the mind feels irritating when we are dysregulated. Use these feelings not as distractors, but as little signs that are your body’s way of saying “I need to slow down. I need to rest”.
A great tip for those struggling to be still during a meditation: Shake.It.Out.
Start slowly moving your toes, rotating your ankles, bending your knees, rolling your hips, shaking the hands and arms, roll the shoulders, gently sway the neck, lightly nod the head. If that feels good, continue for a few mins and then settle into your practice. Maybe you feel you need to shake a bit more – go with what feels good. Smudge with your chosen herb and breathe your oil using Botanical Breath – bring your palms close, breathe in slowly and deeply for 4, hold for 4, release gently for 4, and pause for 4. Repeat as many times as feels comfortable, letting each cycle root you deeper into calm and begin your lush little med.
With your spiritual routine life happens, shit gets wild, but you can always gently with love come back to yourself, your rituals and routines and get back into it. No internal slagging yourself right off. Just love and peace.
True transformation happens in the quiet, everyday moments. It’s the small, consistent love notes we write to ourselves: a kind thought, a gentle action, a promise kept. One teenie little note at a time.
Over days, weeks, and months, those love notes build trust. They whisper to us: I’ve got you. I won’t let you down. I believe in you. And from that trust, the deeper shifts begin to bloom.
Transformation isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about becoming more of who you already are: steady, loving, and rooted in your own friggen truth.
(You’ll find more on this idea and journaling prompts to explore it in the front of your journal.)
Important Spiritual Days in November + Gentle Activities
- November 1–2 – All Saints’ Day & All Souls’ Day (Christianity)
Days of remembrance and honoring ancestral spirits.
Suggestion: Light a candle and write a short gratitude note to someone who shaped who you are — but you rarely remember to thank. Let that soft acknowledgment become a tiny love note to both them and yourself. - November 2 – Day of the Dead / Día de los Muertos (Mexico, Latinx traditions)
A celebration of memory, story, and ancestral love.
Suggestion: Create a mini altar—place a favorite photo, flower, or memento. Invite the presence of those you miss and share a quiet reflection or journal entry for a few minutes. - November 5 – Guru Nanak Gurpurab (Sikhism)
Celebrates the birth of Guru Nanak, teacher of selfless devotion and truth.
Suggestion: Offer yourself a “love note” in the form of a mantra or intention that reflects self-trust. Repeat it quietly during meditation or before bed. - November 11 – 11:11 Energy Portal (spiritual alignment)
A deeply potent day for focus and intention-setting.
Suggestion: At 11:11, pause. Write down 11 small intentions you’d like to send into the world—tiny, kind nudges toward your own growth. - November 25 – Saint Catherine’s Day
A day historically tied to women, creativity, and inner light.
Suggestion: Bake something simple (Cathern Cakes or similar), or have a cuppa with a loved one. Let each bite or sip be a quiet moment of honoring your creative self.

This moon calls us to root into what feels safe and steady while gently allowing transformation to take shape. Taurus energy reminds us that change doesn’t have to be dramatic it can be steady, sensual, and grounded.
Ritual: Full Moon – Water Release
Fill a bowl with water and shake a few drops of sweet orange and rose into it. Scatter the rind of an orange and a 4 cloves into the water and place it under the moonlight outside in your garden/yard/space. Stand before it, and with each breath out, blow gently onto the water as though releasing what you no longer need. When you feel lighter, tip the water onto the earth or down the drain, letting the moon carry those burdens away.
New Moon – Thursday 20th November, 2025 (Scorpio)
The Scorpio new moon asks us to go deeper. It’s about shedding old skins and planting seeds for transformation that begin within. This is the perfect moment to trust yourself with one new commitment that feels both brave and nourishing.
Ritual: Breath and Stone
Step outside under the night sky with a small stone or crystal of choice in your hand. Close your eyes and take three slow breaths. Monthly ritual or release
Love Notes to Self
Transformation doesn’t always happen in leaps and bounds. More often, it unfolds through the smallest of gestures repeated, trusted, and layered over time. This ritual invites you to create tiny love notes for yourself and let them guide your month.
You’ll need:
- Small slips of paper (or journal cards)
- A pen
- A small jar, pouch, or box
How to do it:
- Settle somewhere quiet with your Sweet Orange oil or lotion nearby to anchor you.
- On each slip of paper, write down one small act of love you can give yourself. Keep them doable, nurturing, and a little indulgent: “Take a hot bath with petals and oils,” “10-minute meditation with this month’s soundscape,” “Ground barefoot in the garden” “Switch off my phone at 8pm and turn it back on at 8am,” “Stretch in bed before sleep,” “Make a cup of tea and drink it slowly without distraction.” “take a phone free walk” “give your self permission to rest/meditate/to grow/to leave the old you behind as you step forward into this new way of life”
- Fold each slip and place it into your jar, pouch, or box.
- Each morning in November, take one out and let it be your focus for the day. At night, jot a quick reflection in your journal on how it felt to keep that note.
Release comes in the choosing. When you give yourself these daily love notes, you release the belief that transformation has to be big, dramatic, or instant. You allow yourself instead to shift gently, layer by layer, until change becomes second nature.
Botanical Sound Seed
38 inch Symphonic Gong AKA Vonnie
It’s totally natural to sometimes feel unpleasant things when working with the gong. Keep curious. Allow yourself the release you need. Journal afterwards, reach out for support if you need it, and trust that whatever arises is what your body and energy are ready to move. This is frequency medicine powerful, deep, and designed to clear space for transformation.
Please use your frequency medicine once per week, on the same day and at the same time each week. Allow at least 30 minutes afterwards to sit with and explore the emotions and feelings that arise.
The gong doesn’t ask you to do anything it meets you where you are and guides you to where you’re ready to go.
Please ensure you are hydrated this month, its deeply important to help our meatsuits work with the frequencies we are using. Lets commit to 2l fresh water infused with chopped fruits and herbs and a pinch of sea salt each day.

Please do share your experiences with us, we love to hear how you are getting on!
Love, Beth
Historically, oranges were treasured in winter as symbols of abundance and health. In medieval Europe, gifting an orange at Yule was a gesture of love and light during the darkest days. That same brightness carries through the essential oil — cheerful, comforting, and deeply restorative.
