Preparing for your consultation with me

Each of my holistic and massage therapies starts with a consultation. The purpose of this is to gather as much information about you, your needs and goals for the treatment as possible.

This is recorded on a consultation form which is then securely stored. This form is revisited every time you see me, helping us to keep track of your experience and outcomes.

It includes information on any preferences - for example if you prefer a softer or firmer massage, details of products we have used and any allergies.
