Initially I will take a full consolation with you via Zoom, telephone, WhatsApp or email. During our session we will dive deep into any issues you are currently struggling with. Based on our findings I will prepare a bespoke blended aromatherapy oil for you.

Your blend includes a range of healing essential oils to help with whatever you need, a range of nutritious carrier oils to provide additional support to your body and is always supplied in a recyclable amber glass bottle to protect the oils inside.

Your bespoke blended aromatherapy oil can be used in a number of ways. Smoothed onto skin after a bath or a shower, add a few drops to your usual daily moisturiser, swirl into your bath for a luxurious soak, slick onto the soles of your feet just before bed.

My blends are a wonderful way of helping with the unpleasant symptoms of menopause, periods or hormonal changes, they can be very effective at combatting skin complaints, sore joints and arthritus, anxitey and depression, SAD and many more.
