Aromatherapy can be used to increase relaxation and a feeling of wellbeing. It can be used to treat specific ailments including relieving pain, or to ease stress and anxiety.

Reiki uses gentle touch to balance energies in the body alleviating chronic pain like that associated with cancer and can be used to reduce the effects of Parkinson’s Disease, digestive problems, depression, and anxiety.

Research has shown regular sessions of reiki to be beneficial to mood and wellbeing. I always suggest to my clients that they just start with one session, then we review and, depending on your ongoing needs, tailor further sessions to give you the outcomes you want.

The type of massage you choose depends on what you want the results to be. Swedish, reiki and aromatherapy massages are typically more relaxing – boosting your mood and providing a range of health benefits. If you are wanting to target specific pain points a deep tissue massage, Balinese massage, hot stone or cupping therapy will be best suited to this. Indian head massages are great for alleviating headaches, migraines and sinusitis while crystal facial treatments boost the skin’s appearance.
