"Yesterday I had an Indian Head Massage with Beth. I booked with the aim of helping take away some of my sinus issues, a neck and shoulder strain and a little bit of relaxation.
"What I didn’t realise was that the Indian head massage given by Beth would be so much more than this for me!! I knew I had some stress and anxiety hidden inside me lately due to daily struggles but honestly... Just wow... with the oils, burning sage and Beth’s expertise, I went on a magical and spiritual journey for an hour.
"It was quite a personal experience for me but let’s say I saw many colours and places and felt lots of negativity leave my body and soul. At the end of the massage I felt like I had been to another place and needed time to digest everything. Beth gave me time to recover and then she so kindly answered questions about the journey I had just been on and she explained about my chakras and oxytocin (hope that is right Beth) being released. I honestly came away feeling like a new woman, the fog having been lifted and I could see everything so much more clearly.
